Electric arc spray coatings are renowned for their strong wear resistance, corrosion protection, and higher coating thickness, making them an ideal solution for the enhancing of the lifespan and performance of critical parts. Whether it be in industries such as steel, paper, automotive, or marine, our electric arc spray technology delivers reliable, long-lasting protection for components exposed to demanding operational conditions.

What is electric arc spray coating?

Electric arc spray coating is a wire-based thermal spray process that involves melting two conductive wires, typically metals or alloys, by creating an electric arc between them. Once the wires melt, compressed air or nitrogen is used to propel the molten material onto the surface of the roller or component. The fine droplets adhere to the surface, forming a dense, durable and thick coating.

One of the significant advantages of this process is its high deposition efficiency, allowing for the rapid coating of large surfaces. This makes it an efficient choice for coating large rollers or components that need consistent, high-quality surface protection.
